Our next scheduled Club swim is Crissy Field, a 2.5 mile swim. Max flood at the Golden Gate is 4.0 knots at 9:58 AM. Enjoy the tide ride! Sign up sheets for pilots and swimmers are posted in the usual spot. We thought we would try something new this year and have a swim on a national holiday, Monday, May 26. $10 boat fee for this swim. Club swims require USMS registration and an annual $40 swim fee to the Club. Remember, to swim Golden Gate or Alcatraz, swimmers need three qualifying out-of-cove swims and two helps.
