Sign-up sheets have been posted for the Doc Howard Over 45 Gashouse Cove Swim and the Under 45 Cove Swims on Saturday June 29th.
It’s a late afternoon swim with a BBQ afterwards.
Gashouse Cove is considered a qualifying swim for Alcatraz and Golden Gate. It’s also a great opportunity for under 45’s to get another help before Alcatraz and Golden Gate.
Here is how the timing looks for the swims:
Over 45 Gas House Cove (1 mile):
4:00-4:45 pm Sign In
4:45 pm Pilot Briefing
5:00 pm Swim Briefing
5:15 pm Walk to Gas House Cove
6:00 pm Jump
Under 45 – Three Possible Courses: Cove (1 mile), Flag (1/2 mile)
or Eppleton Hall (¼ mile)
4:00-4:45 pm Sign In
