One of our most challenging swims is Saturday, July 2, 2016. Fort Point to the Dolphin Club is a 3.5 mile swim on a moderate flood tide. You will encounter a variety of conditions after you jump off a boat into the Bay on your way home to Aquatic Park.

Pilot Briefing: 7:00 AM
Swim Briefing: 7:10 AM
Walk to Boat: 7:30 AM ($20 boat fee)
Jump: 8:15 AM
To swim either Golden Gate or Alcatraz, you must complete 3 qualifying swims (Ft. Point is a qualifying swim) and “Help” on 2 swims. Swimmers must have 2016 USMS membership and have paid their 2016 DC Swim Dues. Volunteers are always welcome and always needed. A party for swimmers, pilots, and helpers follows every swim.
